Colin Trengove

Principal of Pro Ag Consulting for 30 years primarily providing ruminant health, production and nutrition services to individuals and groups. A 1979 graduate of Murdoch University in Perth Colin has worked throughout his home State of South Australia in primary industries, private mixed practice, consultancy and academia. A career interest in livestock health and nutrition led to a Masters's degree at the Mackinnon Project, University of Melbourne in 1989 and a PhD at the University of Adelaide in 2024. He established Pro Ag Consulting in 1996 and was a founding partner in APAL ag lab in Adelaide in 2000. He is especially interested in the impact of soil & pasture management on animal health & production
